Your privacy matters to us.
Effective date: April 18, 2026. This policy explains what personal information EditorsUnited collects, how we use it, where it's stored, your rights under Quebec Law 25 and Canadian PIPEDA, and how to contact us about your data.
Privacy officer
EditorsUnited's designated privacy officer is Michael Attia, reachable at [email protected]. All privacy questions, data access requests, and complaints are handled directly by the privacy officer within 30 days, as required by Quebec Law 25.

4. Where your data is stored (cross-border transfers)
As required by Quebec Law 25, we disclose that some of your personal information is stored on servers located outside Quebec, including in the United States and Europe. All providers listed above are bound by contractual data protection obligations equivalent to those required under Quebec and Canadian law. By using our services, you consent to this cross-border processing.
